Abhinav Pandya is a graduate in Public Affairs from Cornell University. He has more than seven years of experience in public policy, counterterrorism, electoral politics and the development sector in India and the US. He has authored a book, “Radicalization in India: An Exploration (Pentagon Press, 2019).” He regularly writes for many Indian and international publications on strategic affairs. He has extensively travelled in Kashmir over the last two years for his research work. During his research stay in Kashmir, he also advised the former Governor of Jammu and Kashmir, Mr. Satya Pal Malik on militancy, Pakistan’s intelligence operations, radicalization and youth engagement in Kashmir. Currently, he is writing a book on terror financing in Kashmir.
