Shrabana Barua is a PhD scholar in the School of International Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) in New Delhi, India. Her doctoral research is on ‘Infrastructure Diplomacy as a tool for Regional Influence by China and India: A Case Study of Myanmar’. She is also an Associate Fellow at the Nepal Institute of International Cooperation and Engagement (NIICE), based out of Kathmandu, Nepal.
