He holds a Legal Master’s (LL.M.) degree in International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights Protection from the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder), Germany, as well as a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science and English from the University of Rostock, Germany.
