Rajan Luthra is an engineer with an executive MBA in National Security & Counter Terrorism and heads Special Projects in the Chairman’s Office at Reliance Industries Ltd. (RIL), a Fortune 100 company, and India’s largest private sector corporation. He is a member of FICCI’s National Executive Council and Chair of FICCI Committee on Drones and previously served as Co-Chair for the FICCI Homeland Security Committee. He has led multiple public policy programmes; is a member of the Advisory Council of Fire and Security Association of India, having previously served as its National President. He was also on the Board of Trustees at the Observer Research Foundation, India’s leading global policy think-tank.
