During the ensuing meeting, SADF staff had the opportunity of exchanging ideas and projects with the Ambassador regarding the challenges faced by both Bangladesh and the European Union, namely as concerns environmental preservation, economic development, fight against religious fanaticism and the impunity by genocide perpetrators – as well as the humanitarian policies regarding refugees.SADF expressed its will to continue and strengthen the ongoing cooperation with Bangladeshi authorities on the basis of the humanitarian, democratic and secular values which unite us.
