is SADF’s Office Manager, re-joining the SADF team in January 2019. In 1991, he received a degree in International Relations, Culture and Politics from Minho University, Portugal. His interests include development economy, sustainability, energy and water issues.
He was an invited professor of Portuguese, European and International Economics in the School of Industrial Studies and Management of the Polytechnic Institute of Porto, Portugal for ten years.
